How long does shipping take?
Orders are carefully inspected and packed within 24–48 Hours. Standard international delivery typically takes approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance and regional postal services.
Will my lights arrive in multiple packages?
Possibly. If your order contains multiple sets, witch hat light bundles, or hanging decor items, products may ship separately in custom protective packaging to ensure safe arrival.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent automatically. Please allow 24–48 hours for initial carrier scans to register online.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Standard delivery fees are covered by Lunavoera ($0.00). However, local customs duties, VAT, or governmental import taxes applied by destination country authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible festive decor items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Decorations must be unused, uninstalled, free of modified battery boxes, and in original packaging.
For preference-based returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please email service@lunavoera.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage and outer packaging. We will immediately arrange a free replacement.

Our witch hat lights are battery-powered for maximum portability and effortless hanging anywhere without needing a nearby power outlet or extension cords. (Batteries are typically excluded due to shipping carrier regulations).
Can these witch hat lights be hung outdoors?
Yes! The hats and LED strings are designed for outdoor use under trees, eaves, or porches. Please ensure the battery compartment is securely closed and protected from direct heavy rain or submersion.
Safety & Maintenance
How should I clean and store my witch hat decorations?
Remove the batteries first. Dust the fabric gently with a dry cloth. Gently fold the hat and store it in a cool, dry place inside the original box for next season.
Is it safe to leave battery-powered LED lights on overnight?
Yes! Our cool-touch LED lights produce minimal heat, making them safe for extended nighttime use during your seasonal celebrations.
